Comedian Amy Schumer, is selling her Upper West side one-bedroom plus roof terrace apartment.

Schumer bought the whole-floor apartment in a turn of the century townhouse in September 2014 for (just) $US1.695 million. It’s close to the Museum of Natural History, it’s cosy, unassuming… and we want it.
With living room walls lined with books, and stairwells with art and photos, Schumer’s decor is warm and understated. There are two wood burning fireplaces with carved mantle pieces, high ceilings and plenty of natural light from windows and skylights.
